Digital banking team are in charge of development of new digital banking channels and financial services and we are looking for our new teammate who will be expert on digital banking solutions.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of digital banking products and channels (internet and mobile banking).
• Propose and prepare business requirements for new products/product features in digital banking channels.
• Monitor market trends and competition, customer feedback and behavior.
• Follow and monitor product performance (KPIs) on a daily basis.
• Propose and take actions to improve performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, usage, subscription rates and profitability.
• Propose marketing/commercial campaigns in order to improve product performance, while also follow and report campaigns’ results.
• Take all necessary actions in order to coordinate with other departments involved in product implementation.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with external partners and vendors related to activities of the department.
• Develop procedures and instructions related to the products and their functionalities.
• Responsible for the creation of training materials and leading of training programs to the different units in the bank.
• Prepare internal and external communications regarding new products and functionalities and improvements of the existing ones.
• Participate in test cases creation as well as test acceptance process.

We will expect from our new colleague to have:

• University degree in Economics/Banking/or other related area
• Excellent English
• Minimum two years of experience in digital banking channels development or product development and management in the retail banking sector or telecommunication industry or Fintech industry
• Analytical skills and knowledge on business processes
• Positive attitude and desire for work in dynamic sphere
