We are looking for talents, that will become part of this great team as:
- Proposal and development of customer journey for customers applying for POS loans on merchants' website
- Development of single process/application flow for Bank’s agents/merchant agents/online customers
- Incorporation into single workflow POS and Credit Card application in order to decrease time-to-approve and time-to-cash for customers
- Led team with end-2-end responsibilities with process development, front-end and back-end development
- Evaluation of CSI, and proposals of new features in order to improve CX
- POS and Credit Cards applications filling process monitoring, issues identification, and fixing
- Process change according to new legislation requirements in a way to find optimal solutions from customers' perspective
- Employee with experience managing the team(3-5 people) or big project(e.g. experienced project manager)
- Expertise in IT tech stack – knowledge of up-to-date solutions and understanding of general IT principles
- Experience in the development of products or projects for retail customers – something that customers use or see themselves
- Knowledge of how to manage teams with different profiles - business analyst, data analyst, developers, QA engineers, methodologist
- Understanding of Customer Experience metrics (NPS, CSI, etc…) and how to measure and improve it
- Experience in IT development would be plus

- Leadership skills – it’s very important for a person to be able to drive and lead the team
- Independence and responsibly – should be able to be fully responsible for the area with End2End responsibility – from strategy development to its execution
- Result orientation/entrepreneurs mindset – all activities are aimed to deliver results, should be able to clarify and link every action to KPIs and targets
- Analytical skills – the ability to calculate or set up a proper request how to calculate any parameter
- Grow mindset – candidate should wish to enhance and widen his experience, take new responsibilities, and improve his skills
Possible previous positions and companies:
- Head of the retail product team in a Bank
- Team leader/project manager in mobile phone operator
- Team leader/project manager responsible for a mobile app or website purchasing process in big online retailers, marketplace, etc.
- McKinsey, Deloitte, Baine, PWC product manager, etc…
- Any other company which provides digital products directly to the retail customer
