Your tasks in the team but are not limited to:
- Analyze the Customer Base: Conduct in-depth analysis of our customer base to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Follow Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously monitor and optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the bank's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Use your analysis and market insights to find opportunities to enhance the engagement and activity of our customers with the bank and its products.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with cross-functional teams to propose and execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at achieving customer engagement and activity goals.

- Previous Customer Base Management Experience: You have a background in managing customer bases and have a proven track record of delivering results.
