Employer Branding Consultant
If you want to have an interest in organizational development, the HR side of transformations and supporting the people in a big organization go through changes in the best possible way, you could join efforts with our Workplace Happiness team at DSK Bank.
Brief overview of the role:
Owner of the topic of employer branding in the bank, focused on initiatives that support DSK Bank being a magnet for talent in the digital sphere.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Developing the DSK Bank employer brand in line with the strategy inside and outside;
- Clearly formulating and communicating the bank’s Employee value proposition to help s attract talent;
- Manage relations with partners, platforms and academics/universities to position DSK Bank’s brand
- Organize, manage and conceptualize our participation in career events and forums
- Conduct, analyze and promote actions related to the voice of the people including Regular pulse checks and feedback, employee NPS etc.
- Manage open and transparent internal communication;
- Run various organizational culture projects that impact the whole organization.
You are our ideal candidate, if you:
- Have relevant experience as a Employer Branding Consultant, HR or PR experience and understand the way of functioning of large organizations;
